E-publication created for our BioPharma division. When BioPharma launched last year, the team faced some early challenges while leadership worked through business cases and market direction. But fast forward to today—and they’re now managing a $7 million portfolio, with real traction.

Cytology

I designed and produced a digital publication to highlight the benefits of cytology services offered through MCL. This educational resource equipped the audience with the knowledge and tools needed to successfully submit cytology specimens and ultimately enhance patient care. A social campaign was strategically crafted to reach the right audience, guiding them to the website, where they exchanged their contact information for access to the publication.

Six months after launch, the campaign delivered strong results:

• 28% increase in cytology specimen volume compared to the previous year
• 22% growth in revenue year-over-year
• 443 qualified leads entered into the CRM
• 1.94 million impressions delivered, with 1,013 downloads of the publication

MCL: Specialty Testing Overview Refresh

Currently updating 10 specialty testing overview brochures to align with Brand Guidelines 2.0. These printed materials are regularly ordered by field staff and distributed to clients, often alongside specialty testing flyers. The flyers have maintained a consistent and effective design template over the past four years, supporting strong brand recognition and continuity. This refresh ensures that all collateral reflects our updated visual identity and messaging standards.
